Content should be brief and get to the point quickly.
- Use bullets and numbered lists (max 10 items)
- Use Clear Headlines and Subheads ( don't try to be creative)
- Use images, diagrams, or multimedia to reenforce content on the page
- Use White Space (white space makes content easier to read)
- Complete sentences are not always necessary
- It's ok to end a sentence with a preposition

- Eliminate unnecessary words (use half the words you would in normal writing)
- Avoid Repetition
- No semi colons
- Not more than one comma
- No excessive punctuation
- Ok to start a sentence with "and", "but", or "or" if it makes things clear and brief
